Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms apply to every use of Tenanvo, the invoicing service provided by [Company name - to be completed] ("we"). By using Tenanvo you agree to them. If you use Tenanvo on behalf of an organization, you accept them for that organization.
1. The service
Tenanvo lets organizations manage clients, products, invoices and expenses, create invoice PDFs and send them by email. Features may differ per plan and may change over time; we will not remove a core feature you depend on without reasonable notice.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. Tell us right away at info@tenanvo.com if you suspect someone else has access to it. An organization's owner decides who joins the organization and which role each member has.
3. Trial and plans
The Starter plan can be tried free of charge for 7 days. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan as agreed with us. Prices and payment terms for paid plans are set out in your quote or order.
4. Your data
The data you enter remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the data you enter, including the invoices you send, and for having a valid basis to process the personal data of your own clients. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for checking that your invoices meet the tax and invoicing rules that apply to your business. Tenanvo calculates totals for you but does not provide tax or legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
- send unsolicited email or misleading invoices through the service;
- try to access data of other organizations or bypass security measures;
- overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend an account or organization that breaks these rules.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep Tenanvo available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available without interruption. We may carry out maintenance, preferably outside business hours. You can reach us through the support area in the application or by email.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit or lost data. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Tenanvo at any time. We may end the agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. Before your organization is removed you can ask us for an export of its data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Tenanvo after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of [Country - to be completed]. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in that country, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
